Start the new you at our April 21 Open Days

If you’re thinking about studying at Borders College and you missed our first Open Day sessions in January, there’s no need to worry. We will be holding our next Virtual Open Days on Tuesday 27th and Wednesday 28th April 2021.

Open DayOffering our prospective students the chance to experience college life without leaving their homes, anyone who is interested in studying on one of our fantastic courses will get another chance to speak with staff, in person, through Microsoft Teams sessions.

Maybe you’re looking to study on a construction course or develop the skills towards a career in Care? Perhaps you want to study Hairdressing or Animal Care, or simply find out what college life is all about. If so, our virtual Open Days will cover it all, and more.

As well as staff being on hand to talk about their areas, we will also have our friendly Student Advice and Students’ Association teams in attendance to give you all the guidance and advice you need, including information on funding and services in place to support students throughout their studies.

Skills Development Scotland (SDS) and Developing the Young Workforce (DYW) will also be in attendance to provide advice to prospective students on education, career choices and support available.

All in all, we have over 30 sessions and you can scroll through the options available on our booking platform.

Even if you are unsure about what area you want to study, our staff will be available to tell you about all the opportunities available and the great things that happen here at one of Scotland’s best colleges.
